Kinesiology is therapy designed to find the underlying cause of pain, illness & trauma in your body. We do not only treat the symptoms, this just the beginning.

During a session muscle monitoring is used, a process that involves reading the changes in muscle tension when stress is present. This physical feedback process allows information to be accessed directly from the body, facilitating neurological connections between the physical body and the nervous system. Muscle monitoring becomes the foundation that allows us to explore your presenting symptoms and provoke and channel your body’s natural healing response.

Kinesiology sessions are 80 minutes long. 

For returning patients we also offer an express 60 minute session. 

For initial patients it is recommended to do 3 sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart for best results.

online Sessions

Online Kinesiology Sessions run in the same way that an in clinic session does, and are just as effective. If you are unwell, housebound or just prefer to do a session from the comfort of your own home, Online Kinesiology offers all of the same benefits as coming in person.
